About Me

As a DONA (Doulas of North America International)-trained postpartum doula, I am dedicated to providing compassionate nonmedical support to new parents and families as they navigate the challenges they may encounter after their babies are born. My passion for assisting families during this transformative time has driven me to offer nonjudgmental care, guidance, and practical help by creating a nurturing environment where individuals can feel empowered and confident in their new roles as parents.

My Story

Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved babies. I can recall always wanting to be in their presence, holding them, comforting them, nurturing them. Their smiles would make me smile, and I couldn’t think of anything better than easing their tears and making them happy. And this was just at age 7!

Now proud mother of two grown daughters – one a hospital birth and one born at home – I still feel very much the same way about these precious little humans. They know nothing of the world except for the love of the most prominent individuals in their lives, and my desire to care for babies has only further extended to caring for these adults. That’s you.

Services Offered

As a postpartum doula, I help with physical and emotional recovery, infant care, and coping skills during the postpartum period or the first 12 weeks after a baby is born, also known as the fourth trimester. Every family's journey is different, but the destination is always the same: growth as a bonded unit and becoming confident parents along the way.

My passion and dedication to providing support to new parents during this transformative time has driven me to offer nonjudgmental care, guidance, and practical help in all aspects of family leave, newborn feeding, sleeping arrangements, meal prepping, home organization and return-to-work planning. I believe in creating a nurturing environment where parents can feel empowered and confident in their new roles, as well as completely supported in any and all decisions they make.

I am based in the San Gabriel Valley, where I currently serve families within a 10-mile radius of the Burbank/Glendale/Pasadena area during weekday evenings (Monday-Thursday). On the weekends, I can travel greater distances.
